Relish Running host a range of special races around the South West, one of the highlights of their calendar located by the Two Tunnels trackway on the outskirts of Bath and has the longest underground section for each race distance in the UK!

Cutting right under the city of the Bath, the two tunnels offer a truly unique running experience. It became inaccessable after the Somerset & Dorset Railway closed in 1960s and until in 2013 a lot of dedication from the Two Tunnels Group and Sustrans in conjuction have brought a new lease of life to the two tunnels for anyone to enjoy. Both tunnels are well lit with maintained surfaces and have recently been converted into a shared use path for the enjoyment of runners, walkers and cyclists alike.

If your thinking of taking part or would just like to check out the route for yourself, then why not consider making a week of it, winding down after a day of exploring in one of Tucking Mill’s country cottages, located minutes from the Two Tunnels entrance. Registrations for the 2021 series of events are open from 25th October 2020, with a new event format has approved by Public Health England and detailed plans to ensure social distancing measures are in place through out your race day.
