Showcasing some of the best of Bath’s suppliers, as well as artisan craftsmen and foodies from all over the UK, Bath’s world-famous Christmas Market is back for another year.

For just three short weeks, markets from the catering, jewellery, food & drink, clothing, ceramics trades and more will pop up and sell their goods for the Christmas rush. You’ll find all sorts of goodies here, set against the backdrop of the Bath Abbey.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay during this amazing event, then you really shouldn’t look any further than what we have to offer at Tucking Mill Self-Catering.

We have 5 personally-managed, award-winning self-catering properties. Two in the city centre, Hedgemead Court and The Old Smithy Loft, are within walking distance of all the major Bath attractions – including the Christmas Market. Our three cottages on the outskirts are just 12 minutes’ drive away and offer a haven of calm in the beautiful Midford Valley after your day of shopping. All our properties have on-site free parking directly outside, a rarity for Bath.

In Fishermen’s Retreat and Brooks’ View you can enjoy a traditional wood-burning stove in your evenings, or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking your private garden.

Tucking Mill View also offers stunning views and a stylish, relaxing interior for 2-3 travellers. All our holiday lets also have 1200 pocket-sprung beds for the perfect night’s sleep. Because we all know shopping can take it out of you!
