Have you returned to visit The Old Smithy Loft? Noticed the difference? This inviting Bath-based property recently saw visitors of a different kind, as the creative folk at House Interiors came to work their magic in lifting the spirit of the homestead to a whole new level of luxury.

By introducing a carefully selected palette of colours, every room across the accommodation received a sophisticated face-lift to create a soothing balance of pastel shades and nude hues. Inspiration for the artist’s muted palette was partially drawn from the beautiful crockery on display in the living area, with an infusion of different textures such as wood and pottery combined in the kitchen for an attractive finish.

The re-design was completed with an additional number of fixtures, fittings and furnishings, which were hand-picked by design professionals at House Interiors to help define each room, breathing fresh life into the rustic upholstery to complete an eloquent finish. Muted shades of dusky blue, shale and lavender grey provide a minimalistic effect, with blush and soft green and baby pink adding a touch of warmth to the gentle surrounds.
